Pimm’s Tumbler

- What you’ll need:
- 250ml Pimm's
- 500ml of lemonade
- 500ml of ginger beer or ale
- Couple of handfuls of mint, cucumber and your pick of summertime fruits – strawberries and blueberries are our go-to
- Three or four handfuls of ice

Barbeque, Christmas eve tipple or Sunday afternoon sip, this is a drink well suited to any occasion.
This refreshingly cool, zingy and oh-so-suave Pimm’s cocktail is a personal favourite at henry.
How to:
Dice your fruit, mint and cucumber, place in a large glass jug – or serving vessel of your choice – add in your Pimm’s, ice and then fill to the top with your ginger beer.
Give it a good mix about and sip away!
