- What you'll need in the mix:
- Fresh lime juice – approx. 3 to 4 limes
- 60ml of good quality tequila
- 3 teaspoons agave syrup – or maple if you want to give it a syrupy edge
- Bottle of soda water

- For the glass rim:
- 1 teaspoon lime zest – finely grated
- 1 tablespoon rock salt/sea salt flakes

Here’s a summertime recipe with a twist on the classic. Enjoy!
When you’re hankering for something uplifting and fizzy, with all the benefits of being gluten-free, low in sugar and vegan friendly, you can’t go past a margarita.
How to:
In a cocktail shaker, shake up your agave, tequila and lime juice. Then, taking your zest and salt, combine together and wet the rim of your glass with lime juice – or water – and roll your rim around the salt mixture.
Now, pour your shaker mix into your seasoned glass and top off with soda (and a wedge of lime if you like).
