DIY Watermelon & Lime Popsicles
  • Ingredients
      • 4 – 6 popsicle moulds plus sticks
      • 4 – 5 cups of diced watermelon (seeds removed if possible)
      • 2 – 3 tablespoons of finely diced mint leaves
      • 1 – 2 tablespoons of lime juice (fresh squeezed or buy in a bottle)

These easy-to-make popsicles are sure to become firm favourites throughout the holidays. And the best thing? Minimal ingredients with maximum taste – yum!

How to:

Simply puree watermelon in a blender until smooth, add in your finely diced mint and lime juice. Taste and add more lime if desired for extra tang. Then, pour into your popsicle moulds and freeze till solid. Delish! To mix things up, try making these popsicles with pineapple chunks instead of watermelon.
